Simon's arrangements of these favorite carols include five different vocalists and a wide variety of instrumentalists to reflect the unique experience of Christmas in Australia and celebrate the real meaning of Christmas. This adaptation of traditional Christmas carols has been created in the musical vein which inspired the composer's previous releases. Field recordings have also been blended with the music to create atmospheres reminiscent of the wonderful Australian coastline.
