The band have been playing together and doing gigs around Melbourne for about one year and have just released their first EP. As a solo artist Simon has released six instrumental ambient albums of music inpired by the great southern coast of Victoria. A few years ago he left Australia with a backpack and an old guitar and returned five months later with a collection of songs and some great adventures and insights to sing about. The ‘Simon Lewis Band’ was born. Their unique live performances present a hybrid style of elctronic/folk/world/pop.
